Our Pets
No animals of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept within Bridgepoint for commercial purposes. It is illegal to keep your dog tethered when owner is not present. This means it is unlawful to tie a dog to any object or structure - including a house, tree, fence, post, garage or shed by any means, such as chain, rope, cord, leash or running line. Illegally tethering your dog can result in a fine of $100 or more. Please review the following guidelines:
Your pet must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE SHARED COMMON AREAS of the community.
- Pets are allowed but limited to two per household and max 45 lbs. each.
- Dogs must be walked on a leash at all times, and only on the outside perimeter of the community and other grassy common areas. Dogs are not to be walked in front of the townhomes ("Limited Common Areas") or in the back of the townhomes.
- The person walking the pet or the Owner shall clean up all matter created by the pet while avoiding driveways and any hard surface such as parking lots. Each Owner shall be responsible for the activities of its pet.
- Make good use of the doggy stations that have been purchased and installed within the community.
- Pets are not permitted at the swimming pool, tennis courts, cabana/logia or lakes.
- Please make sure that your pet is registered with Miami-Dade County to comply with the County Ordinance.
- Pets may not be kept in the courtyard or back patio alone after sundown or overnight.
- Please wear light of reflective clothing when walking in the dark of night.
