Mandatory Homeowners Insurance Requirements

Dear Homeowners,

This notice serves as a formal reminder that, pursuant to the Association’s Declaration, all homes within Bridgepoint HOA, are required to maintain active homeowners’ insurance coverage, regardless of whether the property is owner-occupied or rented.

As outlined in the Declaration, each homeowner must provide the Association with a copy of their policy and Declaration of Insurance, which must include fire coverage at a minimum.
